Refunds & Returns

Returns 
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you have received your items, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To initiate a return, please contact us via email at info@softplaykingdom.com with your order number and the details of your return. You will be reached within 24 hours with return approval. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Return Shipping 
To return your product, please contact us via email info@softplaykingdom and we will provide you with our returns address.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Any shipping costs incurred as a result of rejecting delivery of a package, or as a result of an incorrect delivery address supplied, are non-refundable.

Soft Play Kingdom is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. 

Refunds (if applicable) 
When your unused, returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Please note that commercial items which are bespoke made to order (all inflatables & commercial ball pits) are non-refundable.

Once approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable) 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@softplaykingdom.com

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for an exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Order Cancellations 
Order cancellations may be possible if you reach us within an hour of your order being placed. If your order has already been processed, produced or shipped, a cancellation will not be possible.

Should your cancellation request be approved, a 3% cancellation charge will be applicable to cover payment processing fees.

Please note that once production has begun, cancellation on inflatables and commercial ball pits and soft play shapes are not possible, as these are custom made to your specification.
